Installing Campus Pack™ and Certificates AX™ is an easy process.

1. Download the .war file and install it as you would any standard Blackboard Building Block.
2. Go to “Manage [Application] LX” and click on “Register” to request a license key (skip this step if you already have a key).
3. Install the license key.

Upgrading to a new release?
Please uninstall the earlier version first. All application-related content will remain intact.

Running a load balanced configuration?
When upgrading or installing it is important to be sure that all of the application servers properly load each application. The best way to ensure this is to restart each application server after upgrading each of the Campus Pack applications. If you are unable to restart your application servers, please wait 2 to 5 minutes after removing the old versions before attempting to install the new ones.
