Certificates AX™ is a system for granting and tracking certificates of completion or achievement. The easy-to-use application increases efficiency and decreases costs for entities that grant certificates and is valuable in a variety of contexts, including employee training programs, continuing education programs, and professional certification programs.

Automatically grant awards
When an award candidate achieves a designated milestone, Certificates AX creates an official, printable certificate for the awardee. No administrative activity is required on the part of the program sponsors to issue the certificate.

Configuring Certificates AX to implement an entity's unique rule set for granting certificates is easy. Certificate awards can be based on course completion, grade achieved, accumulated credit hours, and even a series of other certificates. A cut-off date for earning a certificate can be defined, and expiration dates for awards can be designated.

Track activity and maintain records
Certificates AX permanently stores data regarding each certificate granted. The data is maintained even after the associated courses have been removed, providing a record for legal or audit purposes. The complete data set can be exported for advanced reporting and data analysis.
